1.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with the platform's operation, attempts to reverse-engineer our systems, or violates the rights of others.

2. Limitation of Liability

2.1 No Warranty: Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

2.2 Liability: Sugarbox is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.

3. Products and Features

a. QuickDeal

QuickDeal is Sugarbox's fast-access discounted gift card marketplace designed for speed and short-term coverage.

3.1 Description
  • QuickDeal offers discounted gift card trades with a 24-hour warranty window.
  • It is ideal for users seeking speed, convenience, and real-time deals.
3.2 Warranty & Disputes
  • All QuickDeal transactions are covered by a 24-hour warranty from the time of delivery.
  • Within this period, users may report issues (e.g., invalid or previously used cards).
  • After 24 hours, all sales are final, and Sugarbox will not process any refunds or disputes.
3.3 Accepted Card Policy
  • Only cards explicitly listed on the QuickDeal acceptance list will be accepted.
  • Cards must be valid, legible, and in the correct format.
  • Submitting fake or previously sold cards may lead to account suspension.
3.4 Buyer Responsibility
  • Buyers are encouraged to redeem cards within 24 hours.
  • Sugarbox is not liable for loss due to delayed redemption or platform-specific restrictions (e.g., Apple cards requiring U.S. store).
3.5 Fees

QuickDeal may include a processing or transaction fee. All fees will be disclosed prior to completing a transaction.

b. PremiumDeal

PremiumDeal is a curated gift card trading experience with extended warranties, verification processes, and added user protection.

3.6 Description
  • PremiumDeal is designed for users who prioritize security and buyer/seller protection.
  • Trades may take longer than QuickDeal but are manually verified and include enhanced support.
3.7 Warranty & Disputes
  • PremiumDeal transactions are covered by a warranty period ranging from 3-7 days, depending on the card and trade conditions.
  • Within this timeframe, issues can be reported for resolution or compensation.
  • After the warranty expires, all sales are considered final.
3.8 Card Vetting & Approval
  • All cards submitted via PremiumDeal undergo manual review and may require proof of purchase.
  • Fraudulent or unverifiable cards will be rejected, and accounts may be restricted.
3.9 Buyer Protection
  • Premium buyers benefit from extended review time and proactive follow-up in case of failed redemptions.
  • Redemptions outside the warranty window are not covered.
3.10 Fees

PremiumDeal may involve slightly higher service fees than QuickDeal, reflecting the added vetting and support processes.

c. Dogoodwallet

  • A digital wallet service that allows users to load, store, and withdraw funds via gift cards or mobile money.
  • Sugarbox is not a bank and does not provide insured accounts.
  • Users are responsible for securing access to their wallet credentials.

d. Invest

  • Sugarbox Invest allows users to invest funds into structured plans, either loan-based or equity-based.
  • Each investment carries risk. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.
  • Users must agree to a separate Risk Disclosure Statement before participating.

4. Changes to Terms

4.1 Updates: We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.

You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

5.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
